So, you head into the ‘wilds’ of Hertfordshire to help cover a wedding and there is a bit of snow around but nothing to worry about. The forecast predicted some cloud but otherwise dry. PAH! It was snowing lightly when I arrived to meet to the groom, much more heavily by the time we got to church, and a positive blizzard during the ceremony that left us unable to do any outdoor shots outside the very beautiful St Marys Church in Redbourn. It also left several guests struggling to get to the reception at St Michaels Manor House in St Albans.
Laura was not a bride to be thwarted though and the whole day was amazing, full of laughter and fun. Later in the day once the snow stopped, she was even quite happy to get outside in it and get some gorgeous photographs.
