I attended a bridal photography workshop held at Newstead Abbey a couple of weeks ago. This is not so much a training event as an unhindered practice session. We had 2 couples and 3 brides and rotated them, spending about an hour or so with each just posing and shooting them in any way we wanted, using our own knowledge and experience. The majority of the ‘models’ were not practiced, experienced models, but normal girls having fun dressing up – in fact not sure who enjoyed it more, them or the photographers!
